AM:  65F, 95%.  10 @ 7:45 AP.  Definitely have cold symptoms...it's the kind of stuff you can run through but may not necessarily want to enter a 4-hour race with.  We'll see...I kinda need to decide soon so I can start either resting up for it or not.

PM:  76F, 61%.  4 @ 8:17 AP.  Just noticed this is my first month over 300 miles since before the Summer of Joe.

300 is many. Well Done.

Cold or allergies? Everyone down here is doing the pollen sneeze thing.

If you decide to go for it you definitely put the miles in for the 50k. 300 is a lot of miles. Either way, rest up!

It's a 50K, right? Hopefully your cold isn't bad. They can be so debilitating for runners, often worse than an injury in my opinion. Congrats on all those miles, plus it seems like you are just getting "warmed up" for the summer.
