63F, calm, then E 20 mph, then calm again. T-storms/rain. I ran into the wind when it was strong, then it died down before it was time to turn around and go home. At least the rain cooled everything off. Something that would have been helpful YESTERDAY, but I guess that's ok because the weak effort on the 10k left my legs fresh today. 7:31 AP.
I think I will take it easy until Friday, then hit the track and start doing 2 workouts/week next week -- 1 tempo and 1 speed. |
