AM:  68F, 85%.  15 @ 7:28 AP.  Really enjoyed this run (well, most of it).  Obviously another pretty cool morning - I ran west of Fort Polk, but got lost once (this was supposed to be a 14-mile run).  Finished with 6:52, 6:46, with the last mile pretty steadily uphill, and half off-road.  I still think I'll be a bit behind the power curve when it cools off this fall (due to the Summer of Joe), but I almost felt like a runner again today.

PM:  4 on the hotel treadmill, 7mph.

Nice strong finish, that always made me smile. I've gotten lost before, a few years back. I do not carry my phone running anymore, but I did once and had to call my wife 14 miles from home (I was not up to the 28 mile run).

Good running, Joe. Behind maybe, but it wont take much to get things crankin. 15 @ 7:28 is definitely a solid run. And a nice double!

But at least you enjoyed the summer of Joe. And your legs haven't sustained extensive trauma because your body was in a state of advanced atrophy.

wow! See, all it takes is a little bit cooler of temps and you are right back at it! Great long run and strong finish, you have got to feel good about this!

Yes....it's nice we've gotten a couple of nice days! Great long run. I still can't imagine running that far right now.
