AM:  went with the TM for this workout.  4 x (4 x 90s on / 60s off).  On's were 10.2/10.4/10.6/10.8 mph for the 4 sets (last individual rep @ 11.0) and off's were @ 6.7.  So kinda like 16 x 400 @ 5k pace, but I took 2 minutes easy between each set of 4.  Worked out to about 4.2 miles of "on's" at a 5:42 avg.  Not that hard, but gave the legs some good turnover.  All in all, 8.3 miles in 58:xx min.  Hopefully I don't have too many more TM workouts to suffer through.  In the forecast, I see some lows of 74 in about a week which would be nice.

PM:  TM warrior today....4 more.

You make treadmill running sound so cool, I might try it some day. I don't get to push any buttons when I run outside! 5:42 is pretty snappy, Joe.

74 would be excellent.

Sometimes, I take it easy and WALK on the treadmill. Being in the "Master" bracket now, affords me this wisdom.

5:42 IS my walking pace. Being in the 35-39 age group affords me this ability.

Ha ha ha..... that's what Tom should have said to that guy.

Good session. Got to get into a 5k and knock about a minute of that PR. It's time!

I agree with Jason - the time has come, Joe.

I definitely want to get into one soon. I've had 3 Race Fails this summer so I am keen on finding the right one...
